Confidence-gated routing
Every figure Docenta reads is routed on what it can prove. High confidence tied to a transcribed cell is applied. Anything that disagrees with the record waits for a person, because no confidence score settles a disagreement.
The Gatherer
The request list is built from last year’s return, the ask goes out in your firm’s voice, and the follow-ups run on their own. You hear about it when a document is genuinely blocking the return.

Ask the Book
Ask the entire client base something a partner would only think to ask in March, and get an answer with every client cited. Read only, and scoped to what the person asking is allowed to see.
